Join us for a high-energy stair workout at Mercerdale Park. We’ll start together and warm-up, then take on the stairs—challenge yourself to complete as many climbs as you can at your own pace.

Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Sunday mornings at 9:20 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity. Whether pre- or post-workout, this is a great way to recover and renew the body.
