Fitness Class: Restorative Stretch – Wednesday
Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Wednesday mornings at 9:45 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity.
Fitness Class: Rock Steady Boxing Level 1/2
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 1/2 group fitness class at 11 am.
