Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 3/4 group fitness class at 12:15 pm. This class shares the same positive, fun, comprehensive approach to group exercise as the original class, but at a more moderate tempo.
A complete head-to-toe workout in 45 minutes that mixes strength and cardio in a circuit format. Move through timed stations to build strength, boost endurance, and maintain a consistent, elevated heart rate.
Love playing high energy games like darts, beer pong, cornhole, and shooting hoop? Join us for a fun, high-energy evening at the J! Rotate through various stations each with fun challenges in this social round-robin tournament.
