    Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Sunday mornings at 9:20 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity. Whether pre- or post-workout, this is a great way to recover and renew the body.

    Join us Sunday at 9:20 am for The Countdown Challenge fitness class with Leslie. A high-intensity workout that combines strength, cardio, and core using a variety of descending formats—from rep ladders and timed intervals to elimination-style core work.
