SJCC instructor Nenna Bailey leads our advanced group fitness class Bootcamp every Wednesday at 8:30 am.
Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Wednesday mornings at 9:45 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity.
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 1/2 group fitness class at 11 am.
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 3/4 group fitness class at 12:15 pm. This class shares the same positive, fun, comprehensive approach to group exercise as the original class, but at a more moderate tempo.
A complete head-to-toe workout in 45 minutes that mixes strength and cardio in a circuit format. Move through timed stations to build strength, boost endurance, and maintain a consistent, elevated heart rate.
The ultimate cardio + strength workout. Rotate between rowing intervals and strength circuits for a total-body
workout that builds power, endurance, and core strength.
Grab your dancing boots and boogie on down to the J to learn line dancing basics from Boot Boogie Babes Certified Lead Dance Instructor Phyllis Pierce. Everyone is welcome!

A beginner class focused on strengthening the pelvic floor through breath, core connection, and gentle movement. Improve stability, posture, and functional strength.
