SJCC instructor Nenna Bailey leads our advanced group fitness class Bootcamp every Wednesday at 8:30 am.
Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Wednesday mornings at 9:45 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity.
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 1/2 group fitness class at 11 am.
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 3/4 group fitness class at 12:15 pm. This class shares the same positive, fun, comprehensive approach to group exercise as the original class, but at a more moderate tempo.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday with Leslie at 4:30 pm for our group fitness class, H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
Strengthen your core and improve overall stability in this Pilates class performed on the mat. Using controlled movements and mindful breathing, you’ll build strength in the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes while improving posture, flexibility, and body awareness.
Join SJCC instructor Nenna on Friday at 8:30 am for our intermediate group fitness class Slow Flow Yoga. This class is meditative and geared for a slower pace of yoga.
