Cancellation + Refund Policies

Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice. All membership changes must be made in writing by the primary account holder. If you join via a promotion and cancel within the first 12 months of your contract, your financial obligation continues. Fixed Term memberships (3-month or 12-month) are non-refundable.

Enrollment in SECS programs requires a final month tuition prepayment to secure your child’s spot. Cancellation policies, notice requirements, and refund eligibility are specific to this program.

Participation in fitness programs, personal training, and sports leagues reserves your spot and is subject to program-specific cancellation guidelines.

Swim lesson enrollments and cancellations are subject to aquatics-specific policies, including session timing, withdrawal notice, and make-up guidelines.

Registration for J Camp, School’s Out Camp, and J Kids programs reserves your child’s spot and is subject to program-specific cancellation policies and timelines.

Cancellation eligibility, refunds, and credits vary by program and are based on when the request is submitted relative to the program start date. Once a program has begun, fees are generally non-refundable.

For all other events, registrations and ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges except in the case of program cancellation. All programs are subject to change or rescheduling without notice.
