Fitness Class: Senior Pilates and Conditioning

Join us Monday at 9 am for our Senior Pilates and Conditioning with Marianne Taylor. Strength training helps keep your bones strong, promote mobility, prevent falls, and combat depression and cognitive decline. ย Pilates will strengthen and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.โ€ This class is available both in person and online.
