Fitness Class: Senior Pilates and Conditioning

Join us Monday at 9 am for our Senior Pilates and Conditioning with Marianne Taylor. Strength training helps keep your bones strong, promote mobility, prevent falls, and combat depression and cognitive decline.  Pilates will strengthen and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.” This class is available both in person and online.
