By participating in this offer, member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to all other membership and program Terms and Conditions, including Cancellation and Refund policies. Member must comply with these Terms and Conditions for the offer to be valid.

  • Members must pay prorated Membership Rate for the current month at checkout.
  • The Join Fee will be waived at the time of checkout; discount value of first full month’s membership will not be displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Membership Rate applies upon the completion of the first full month of membership as follows:
    • Members joining between 12/16/24-12/31/24 will be billed February 1, 2025, and on the 1st of each month thereafter at the standard (non-promotional) rate
    • Members joining between 1/1/25-1/31/25 will be billed March 1, 2025, and on the 1st of each month thereafter at the standard (non-promotional) rate

New Join Eligibility

  • New memberships must be sold between December 16, 2024, and January 21, 2025, to receive $0 join fee and 100% off first full month’s membership fee
  • Individuals and households without an active or on-hold membership are eligible.
  • Current members, including members currently on hold, are not eligible.
  • Individual, Dual Adult, Family, and Teen memberships are eligible.

  • Annual and College memberships are not eligible.

Hold Eligibility

  • Standard hold policy applies to memberships purchased during this promotion.
  • Winter 2025 promotion cannot be applied to on-hold memberships.

Exchange and Transfer Eligibility

  • Winter 2025 promotion may not be transferred to another account or household.
  • Promotion value is not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, or promotions.
  • Promotion value may not be applied as an account credit and cannot be placed on a member’s account for later use.
  • Promotion value is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit.
  • Promotion value cannot be applied to previous purchases and/or transactions.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Membership Cancellation and Refund Policies apply.
  • Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice. All membership changes must be made in writing by the Primary Account Holder. If you join via a promotion and cancel within the first 12 months of your contract, your financial obligation continues.
  • Members must have an active membership through the end of any registered programs to receive member pricing.
