A beginner class focused on strengthening the pelvic floor through breath, core connection, and gentle movement. Improve stability, posture, and functional strength.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday with Leslie at 4:30 pm for our group fitness class, H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
Strengthen your core and improve overall stability in this Pilates class performed on the mat. Using controlled movements and mindful breathing, you’ll build strength in the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes while improving posture, flexibility, and body awareness.
