    Join us Friday morning (7:15 am) for our senior-focused fitness class, Ageless Strength Training with Nenna. Offered at the J, this class provides a variety of trainings from โ€œstationsโ€ to aerobics, to strengthening and stretching and balance.

    Dance into the light with this new Zumba class that combines standard high-energy cardio dance with strength training by incorporating lightweight, maraca-like "Toning Sticks" (typically 1 to 2.5 pounds) or standard dumbbells to sculpt muscles in the arms, core, and lower body.

    Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Sunday mornings at 9:20 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity. Whether pre- or post-workout, this is a great way to recover and renew the body.

    Join us Sunday at 9:20 am with Leslie for our H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) fitness class with Leslie. Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
