    Dance into the light with this new Zumba class that combines standard high-energy cardio dance with strength training by incorporating lightweight, maraca-like "Toning Sticks" (typically 1 to 2.5 pounds) or standard dumbbells to sculpt muscles in the arms, core, and lower body.

    Join us Sunday at 9:30 am with Leslie for our H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) fitness class with Leslie. Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
