Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 3/4 group fitness class at 12:15 pm. This class shares the same positive, fun, comprehensive approach to group exercise as the original class, but at a more moderate tempo.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:15 am for our advanced group fitness class - Total Body Sculpt led by SJCC instructor Nenna. Work on total body, fat burning, and muscle building incorporating bands, TRXs, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements that will keep you toned and fit.Â

Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Join SJCC instructor Nenna on Friday at 8:30 am for our intermediate group fitness class Slow Flow Yoga. This class is meditative and geared for a slower pace of yoga.
Looking for a low-impact workout? Grab a water walking belt and move at your own pace while building strength and endurance in the water. Two lap lanes will be reserved for water walking.
