Join us Tuesday at 11 am for our senior-focused beginner group fitness class, Senior Strong led by SJCC instructor Rochelle.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday with Leslie at 4:30 pm for our group fitness class, H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
Hatha yoga is a foundational, energizing practice for all levels. Follow a consistent series of poses each week to build strength, improve mobility, and track your progress over time.

Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 3/4 group fitness class at 12:15 pm. This class shares the same positive, fun, comprehensive approach to group exercise as the original class, but at a more moderate tempo.
A complete head-to-toe workout in 45 minutes that mixes strength and cardio in a circuit format. Move through timed stations to build strength, boost endurance, and maintain a consistent, elevated heart rate.
