Push your limits with short bursts of high-intensity movement followed by full recovery. Using 30-second rounds of jump squats, burpees, and calisthenics, you’ll raise your heart rate quickly, then recover before the next effort.
From improving everyday strength and fitness to enhancing performance, strength and endurance classes are for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. Instructors will lead you through exercises using free weights, bodyweight, and more.
