Adventures, Rain or Shine!

Rain or shine, there was plenty of fun to be had in Week 7!

Camp at our Green Lake location wrapped up this week with energy and style! We packed in a special bubble day, made Israeli salad, create unique art with block printing, and spent lots of time at Green Lake park and the pool. We ended the week with an epic water balloon fight, saying goodbye to Green Lake shabbat.

In addition, week seven of J Camp saw campers learn how to make their own ice cream, practice their archery skills and go head-to-head in Gaga ball. The pool was a fan favorite this week, with campers learning competitive strokes in Advanced Swim.

Campers also worked with clay to create glazed works of art, engaged in fun math exercises involving art and music, and observed chemical reactions in their science experiments. 

Some even embarked on the second camping trip of the summer, this time taking a ferry to spend three nights at Manchester State Park. With hikes, swims, nature exploration, and evenings around the campfire (complete with s’mores!), the trip was packed with laughter, friendship, and unforgettable outdoor adventures.

Summer may be winding down, but there is much more fun to be had at J Camp! Bring a friend and sign up for an extra week in August—limited spots are still available!
