Building community (kehillah) is not necessarily about blood relations; rather, it is often rooted in shared places and experiences. Six exceptional short films showcase how bonds with total strangers can resolve age-old Jewish questions. We need one another for safety and sanity!

Join us Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:15 am for our advanced group fitness class - Total Body Sculpt led by SJCC instructor Nenna. Work on total body, fat burning, and muscle building incorporating bands, TRXs, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements that will keep you toned and fit.
Join us for our Step Class led by Nenna at the J Thursday mornings at 8:30 am. This is an intermediate level course.
Join us at the J's indoor pool every Thursday at 9 am to turn up the intensity without the impact in Aqua HIIT. This high-energy water workout uses powerful intervals to boost cardio and strength while being easy on your joints. Suitable for all levels.
Join us for our Body Fit with SJCC instructor Susie on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:45 am.
Join us Thursday mornings at the J for our Balance + Stability beginner group fitness class as we work on your balance, core strength, and overall stability to strengthen movement.
Thursday Pick-Up Basketball Hours
Join us Tuesday and Thursday with Leslie at 4:30 pm for our group fitness class, H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
