Join us Friday morning (7:15 am) for our senior-focused fitness class, Ageless Strength Training with Nenna. Offered at the J, this class provides a variety of trainings from “stations” to aerobics, to strengthening and stretching and balance.
Join SJCC instructor Nenna on Friday at 8:30 am for our intermediate group fitness class Slow Flow Yoga. This class is meditative and geared for a slower pace of yoga.
Dr. Rae Wang brings a Tai Chi class to our Intermediate Group Fitness Class lineup Fridays at 10:30 am. She will lead us in effective exercises for health of mind and body.
Join us Saturday at 9:30 am for our H.I.I.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Interval Training) fitness class with Natalie.
Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Sunday mornings at 9:15 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity. Whether pre- or post-workout, this is a great way to recover and renew the body.
Join us for our Step Class led by Nenna at the J Sunday mornings at 10:30 am. Nenna will lead you in this classic cardio workout. This is an intermediate level course.
Join us Monday mornings at the J for Pilates with Nenna at 8:30am. This intermediate group fitness class will sculpt muscle and burn body fat with this strength training session utilizing weights all to upbeat music.
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 3/4 group fitness class at 12:15 pm. This class shares the same positive, fun, comprehensive approach to group exercise as the original class, but at a more moderate tempo.
Power through 30-second maxx-effort rounds using plyometrics such as jumps and sprints, along with advanced calisthenics, to spike your heart rate, build strength, boost endurance, and develop power.
