Join us for our Restorative Stretch intermediate group fitness class with Nenna on Wednesday mornings at 9:45 am. A full-body stretch from neck to ankles using a yoga strap and gravity.
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 1/2 group fitness class at 11 am.
Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 3/4 group fitness class at 12:15 pm. This class shares the same positive, fun, comprehensive approach to group exercise as the original class, but at a more moderate tempo.
Join the J for an evening of Purim baking and connecting. Learn how to bake and fill hamentashen from scratch with local baker Katie Chenu from Rise Up Bakers.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6:15 am for our advanced group fitness class - Total Body Sculpt led by SJCC instructor Nenna. Work on total body, fat burning, and muscle building incorporating bands, TRXs, dumbbells, and bodyweight movements that will keep you toned and fit.ย

Join us Tuesday and Thursday with Leslie at 4:30 pm for our group fitness class, H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
