Fitness Class: Sprint Interval Training (SIT)

Start with a mobility warm-up, then move into short, explosive intervals with full recovery. This approach builds strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness while allowing you to perform each round at a high level. Advanced-level class with high intensity and complex movements require a strong fitness foundation.
