Join us Thursday at 11 am for our senior-focused fitness class, Senior Strong led by SJCC instructor Stephen. A balanced class for strengthening heart, lungs, bones, muscles, and joints for Seniors who may chose to use a chair for options. No floor work included but each class features a focus and builds on skills of coordination and conditioning in a fun environment. Done with music. Offered in person at the J.
