Fitness Class: Senior Strong

Join us Thursday at 11 am for our senior-focused fitness class, Senior Strong led by SJCC instructor Stephen. Designed for 55+, includes warm-up, aerobics, balance, strength training and stretching exercises that can be done in a seated or standing position.

Senior Strong is also offered on Tuesday at 11 am with instructor Rochelle.
