Join us Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings at the J for our Rock Steady Boxing Level 1/2 group fitness class at 11 am. The original! The class combines non-contact boxing drills, balance, agility, strength, and core exercises for individuals at all fitness levels. This high-energy class focuses on basic, non-contact boxing drills. Many other types of exercise are incorporated into the class to provide each participant with a full body workout. Participants need good mobility and the ability to get down on the floor and up again. No boxing experience is needed.
