Fitness Class: 40 in 60 – Thursday

Join us live from the J for the fitness class “40 in 60” with SJCC instructor Stephen on Tuesday at 9:00 am and Thursday at 9:45 am.

40 in 60 is designed to increase muscular endurance and cardio fitness with 40 resistance and movement exercises in 60 minutes.

The Thursday class is in person only.
