The J Aquatics team is excited to welcome a new cohort of lifeguard trainees for the 2025 season. No prior lifeguarding experience is necessary; we will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to excel as a lifeguard. If you plan to join the J’s lifeguard team, we’ll waive the $300 fee for this course.

- Lifeguarding
- CPR for the Professional Rescuer
- First Aid
- AED through American Red Cross

- A 4-hour online training with the American Red Cross
