Friday Pool Schedule – Fall 2020

October 30 @ 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
Sign up for lap swim! 50-minute timeslots available throughout the day. Plus Masters Swim at 9 am and J-Swim School at 4 pm.

Friday Fitness Center Schedule

October 30 @ 7:00 am - 6:00 pm
The Fitness Center and Indoor Track are open to members by reservation only. The 50-minute timeslots for the Fitness Center are available between 7:15 - 12:05 pm and 3:00 - 6:00 pm. Indoor track 50-minute timeslots are 7 am, 4 pm, and 5 pm.

Fitness Class: Senior Cardio Fit with Karen

October 30 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am
Join SJCC instructor Karen Beck for Senior Cardio Fit Fridays at the J. This class is a combination of strength training and basic movements to improve balance and flexibility. Registration opens 23 hours prior to class start. Register using code Cardio800.

Fitness Class: Masters Swim Class

October 30 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Join us Friday mornings for our Masters Swim Class with SJCC instructor Deanna Almond. Registration opens 23 hours prior to class start time. Register using code "Masters900."

Online Fitness Class: High Intensity Intervals

October 30 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Join us Friday at 9 am online from your own home for our High Intensity Intervals class with SJCC instructor Nikki Lundin.

Online Fitness Class: Zumba

October 30 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Live at home, join us for our Friday #VirtualSJCC Zumba® class led by SJCC instructor Rochelle.

Saturday Pool Schedule – Fall 2020

October 31 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Join us at the pool on Saturdays with lap swim from 10 am to 3 pm and Family Swim from 12 to 3 pm.

Saturday Fitness Center Schedule

October 31 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
The Fitness Center and Indoor Track is open to members by reservation only. Timeslots for Saturday are available between 10:00 am - 3:00 pm.
