“[Working at the J] is about the community. We have all these families from the J who send their kids to camp, and the kids become counselors, and the counselors become adults, and they have kids, and they send their kids to camp. It’s very well-known, and and [a place to] have a really great experience. I think that’s what drew me to it initially. It’s one of my first jobs, because I’m only 16. So, it’s nice to have a job in which you feel very welcome and you feel very supported. It’s a really good experience.”
