S’mores, Strawberries, Bees and More

On Sunday, May 2 in the J’s Kesher Community Garden we held our Lag B’Omer Spring Fest, a celebration for the entire family, including a bonfire, crafts, s’mores, and more. In small groups, families cycled through four different lessons with activities. We learned about the J’s honey bee colony while creating bee puppets with Joel, explored the garden and potted our own strawberry plants to take home with Jessie, built a fire and enjoy s’mores with Samantha, and sang Lag B’Omer songs with J Camp counselor Liam.
