You can also watch new versions of this class your own every Thursday morning at 9 am. This class will be presented online via the SJCC Fitness On-Demand channel through YouTube. Susie will record a new session of this class every week.
TBC is a multi-level full-body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve overall conditioning.
