Intro to TRX

Level up your fitness with total body resistance exercise (TRX)! Group fitness instructor Stephen Elliott will walk you through the foundations of TRX, a unique bodyweight training system that will improve your strength, flexibility and core stability.  

This offering includes seven, weekly one-hour sessions designed for participants with limited experience with TRX. Participants must be 16 years or older.
