Fitness Class: Tai Chi

Dr. Rae Wang joins the SJCC team to bring a Tai Chi class to the our Fitness Class lineup Fridays at 10 am. She will lead us in effective exercises for health of mind and body. Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
