Senior Fitness
The J continues to offer both virtual and in-person small group fitness classes geared toward seniors. See the full fitness lineup here.
Cyber Seniors
In the past, we’ve partnered with the Kline Galland/Summit to pair seniors with teens who can help them advance their skills with technology. We hope to bring this program back in the future, as we are able. If you have any questions, please contact Jessi Wasson.
