Group Fitness Class Schedule

The J is proud to offer a wide variety of group fitness classes both online and at the J. #SummerAtTheJ will include 26 classes throughout the week in the month of August, including live classes at the J, online only classes and hybrid classes offered both in person and online.

Fitness Class: Ab Lab

September 24 @ 7:00 am - 8:00 am
Join us for Friday mornings at the J for Ab Lab led by Nenna. This class will feature a low intensity focus on abs, Glutes, hips, balance and coordination.

Fitness Class: High Intensity Intervals

September 24 @ 8:45 am - 9:45 am
Join us this #SummerAtTheJ for High Intensity Intervals with SJCC instructor Nikki Lundin. This class is held in the Exercise Studio on Friday's at 8:45 am.

Fitness Class: Masters Swim Class

September 24 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Join us Friday mornings for our Masters Swim Class with SJCC aquatics' staff.

Rock Steady Boxing

September 24 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
This fun, high energy class is specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. To participate in this program, members must fill out application prior to joining the class.

Online Fitness Class: Zumba

September 24 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Live at home, join us Mondays and Fridays at Noon for our #VirtualSJCC Zumba® class led by SJCC instructor Rochelle.

Fitness Class: Power Hour

September 26 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Join us this #SummerAtTheJ with a new addition to our fitness class line-up, Power Hour with SJCC instructor Leslie. Held Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30 pm, and Sundays at 9 am.

Fitness Class: Step Class

September 26 @ 10:15 am - 11:15 am
Join us this #SummerAtTheJ for our Step Class led by Nenna live AT THE J. Thursday mornings at 8:30 am and Sunday mornings at 10:15 am.

Fitness Class: Total Body Sculpt

September 27 @ 7:00 am - 8:00 am
Join us Monday and Thursday mornings AT THE J for our fitness class - Total Body Sculpt led by SJCC instructor Nenna. Come join us for this total-body, fat-burning, and muscle-building workout.

Hybrid Fitness Class: Hatha Yoga

September 27 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Join us Monday morning at 9 am for our hybrid fitness class Hatha Yoga with Karen Beck. Participate in this class at the J or our online right from your own home.

Fitness Class: Aqua Fit

September 27 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Join SJCC instructor Deanna Almond Monday and Wednesday mornings for this group fitness class at the J's pool. Aqua FIt is a heart-pumping workout with no added impact on your joints.

Join SJCC instructor Nenna every Tuesday this #SummerAtTheJ at 7:00 am for this hybrid fitness class - Dynamic Yoga. This meditative and physically challenging class is available both at the J with friends or streamed live via Zoom wherever you might be.

Fitness Class: HIIT & Cycle

Join us Tuesday morning for our HIIT & Cycle class led by SJCC instructor Nikki. She leads us on a new combination work out of her High Intensity Interval Training with some cycling mixed in.

Online Fitness Class: Total Body Conditioning

September 28 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Join SJCC instructor Susie from your own home this #SummerAtTheJ for online Total Body Conditioning on Tuesday at 9 am. TBC is a multi-level, full-body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups.

Hybrid Fitness Class: Senior Cardio Fit

Join us at the J or online from your own home Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10 am for our hybrid fitness class: Senior Cardio Fit with SJCC instructor Karen.
