SJCC offers a variety of swim classes and workouts for all ages.
For adults, our classes focus on stroke technique, endurance, and overall swim fitness. Classes vary from intermediate to advanced. Swimming is an excellent workout for people of all ages, with no added impact on your joints. And for kids and teens, we have classes that get them active in the water with a ton of fun thrown in.

|Join SJCC instructor Deanna Almond Monday mornings for this group fitness class at the J's pool. Aqua FIt is a heart-pumping workout with no added impact on your joints. To register, text: "AquaFit900" to (888) 663-3752. Class is limited to four SJCC members (one per lane). Registration opens 23 hours prior to class and closes when full or an hour before the class. You must register each time.|

|This class will offer organized swim activities for children that are in 6, 7, and 8th grade. Activates include water polo, water basketball, brick and ring surface diving, and much more! Children must be able to pass the swim test (25 yards of crawl stroke and 30 seconds of treading). Each class is 50 minutes. Register now >>|
|Wacky Water Play||Grades K - 5||Fridays,|

|Join us for fun games that you never thought you would play in the pool. You will need your best underwater and pool play skills to work through some wacky challenges. Some activities will include games like sharks and minnows, water noodle races, and much more! Children that have not passed the swim test will be required to wear a lifejacket. The swim test is 25 yards of crawl stroke and 30 seconds of treading. Each class is 50 minutes. Register now >>|
