Meditation/Chi Kung
Thursdays, 9:45-10:30 a.m.

Lean to relax the busy-ness away and also receive a little energy boost in this blended meditation and Chi Kung class. Explore and practice simple meditation techniques that will help you relax your body and your mind. This class includes meditative movements, known as Chi Kung. Leave class feeling a deeper sense of inner peace and well-being. Free for SJCC members; guests $12.

Instructor Rebecca Gould is a women’s holistic health & empowerment coach, spiritual advisor, certified holistic health practitioner, and qigong & meditation teacher. Rebecca has nearly twenty years of experience with energywork and has been a certified qigong and meditation teacher since 2008, practicing since 2006. Rebecca is a Mercer Island native who now lives in Seattle. Teaching qigong and meditation is one of her greatest passions, and students appreciate her simple yet detailed instruction, soothing voice, and calm, joyful demeanor.
