Join us Sunday at 9:25 am with Leslie for our H.I.R.T. Intermediate (High Intensity Resistance Training) fitness class with Leslie. Short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by short periods of rest. Designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular conditioning and endurance.
Join us for our Step Class led by Nenna at the J Sunday mornings at 10:30 am. Nenna will lead you in this classic cardio workout. This is an intermediate level course.Â
This class introduces the foundations of powerlifting-based strength training using movements to help women build and protect bone health before osteopenia or osteoporosis take hold.
