Join us Friday morning (7:45 am) for our senior-focused fitness class, Ageless Strength Training. Offered in person at the J, this class provides a variety of trainings from “stations” to aerobics, to strengthening and stretching and balance.
Join us at the J's indoor pool every week day (Monday through Friday) for our AquaFit class led by our fitness staff. Held Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 9 am and Tuesday/Thursday at 12:30 pm, Aqua Fit is a heart-pumping workout with no added impact on your joints.

Dr. Rae Wang joins the SJCC team to bring a Tai Chi class to the our Fitness Class lineup Fridays at 10:30 am.
This fun, high energy class is specifically designed for people with Parkinson’s disease. We are excited to offer two levels of this class., both in person and online. Participants must complete an application and assessment process prior to participating. Not open for drop-ins.
