Virtual SJU: Staying Grounded During COVID-19
June 8 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am
An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday, repeating until July 6, 2020
PARTNER PROGRAM through Jewish Family Services
You are invited to a virtual support group with the JFS counseling team! The goal of this 60-minute online gathering is to sit with and understand our emotions in the context of COVID-19. We will explore how this pandemic is affecting our lives and uprooting our sense of safety. In addition, we will explore the importance of self-care: coping, sustenance, and resilience-building. The intention of this virtual support group is to be here for one another during this turbulent time, honoring our feelings as we honor each other. We hope you’ll join us.
Start date: Occurs on Mondays, beginning on June 1st from 10:30am-11:30am. This will be a recurring weekly group.
Facilitators: Shanti Krigel and Erica Wickoda
If you are interested in this group, please begin the intake process by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or leaving a voicemail with the counseling intake line at 206-861-3152.
