Hybrid Fitness Class: Total Body Conditioning

Note: There will be no class April 18, 25 and May 2.
Join us live from the J or from your own home for our hybrid fitness class Total Body Conditioning with SJCC instructor Susie on Tuesday mornings at 9:00 am.
TBC is a multi-level full-body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve overall conditioning.
Enjoy this class both at the J with friends or streamed live via Zoom wherever you might be.

Online classes are available to our members only. Classes are broadcast through Zoom. You will be asked to register on Zoom once per month for each class (you must register for Tuesday’s and Thursday’s classes separately). You will get a registration confirmation email from Zoom after you register and a reminder email prior to each class for the remainder of the month. Online Registration: This registration is good from Jan. 1 – Apr. 30, 2023.
