Get an intro to soccer skills and fundamentals to prepare for soccer season. Led by Coach Sarah Stochel, a semipro soccer player and the J’s youth sports & recreation manager.

About the Instructor

Coach Sarah Stochel is the J’s youth sports & recreation manager. She started playing soccer at a very young age, starting in her backyard with her twin sister and two older brothers. She played on a recreational team in Bellevue for a handful of years, moved to select in late elementary school, then played premier throughout middle and high school. In college Sarah played in competitive adult leagues and in 2022, Sarah tried out for and made a semipro team based out of Snohomish County. Sarah’s semipro indoor team just took home 2nd in the nation at the US Arena Soccer Open Cup and in March her team won their second NWPLi championship. Sarah has been coaching soccer for over 10 years.
