Rosh Hashanah Art Workshop
September 22, 2022 • 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Tap into your creativity as we transition into the Jewish New Year. In this joyful and reflective art workshop, we’ll explore timeless Jewish teachings, contemporary poetry, and pop culture to draw inspiration. We’ll provide a wide range of materials to help you create your artwork — everything from acrylics and tinfoil to collage on canvas. This event is perfect for life-long creatives and newbies to art and Jewish learning alike!
This Rosh Hashanah workshop is the first in a two-part High Holiday series (join us for the Sukkot art workshop on Oct. 12!). Rabbi Laura Rumpf helps us explore the power of art making as a tool for personal and collective renewal. Modeled on the Jewish Studio Process, an innovative approach that combines art-making, Jewish learning, and community building, we will process, play, connect, and tap into the hope and possibility that creativity offers in seasons of transition.
