Online Fitness Class: Meditation and Qigong

In partnership with Rebecca Clio Gould, enjoy this Meditation and Qigong class. From the comfort of your own home, learn to relax your body and mind while also receiving a little energy boost in this calming yet playful class. Explore and practice simple techniques that will help you relax your body and your mind. This class includes meditative movements and energy cultivation practices known as qigong (chi kung).
This class is a partnership event and thanks to Rebecca is free to SJCC members. It is held live through Rebecca’s Zoom (ID: 113363894 | Password: 965258) and registration is not required.
