Online Fitness Class: Total Body Conditioning

Join SJCC instructor Susie from your own home each Tuesday at 9 am for our online-only Total Body Conditioning class. TBC is a multi-level, full-body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve overall conditioning.

Online classes are available to our members only. Classes are broadcast through Zoom. You will be asked to register on Zoom once per month for this class. You will get a registration confirmation email from Zoom after you register and a reminder email prior to each class for the remainder of the month.
