Lunch and Learn: Jewish Roots of Broadway

Bring your own lunch and join Rabbi Dana A. Benson, assistant rabbi at Temple Beth Am, for a lunchtime musical exploration of the Jewish roots of Broadway. Listen (and sing along) to Broadway hits from Jewish composers and examine how sacred music influenced their compositions. Come sing, laugh, and get your toes tapping with the music of Irving Berlin, the Gershwins, Stephen Schwartz, Stephen Sondheim, Jason Robert Brown, and more. This event is free, but please register in advance.
