Hybrid Fitness Class: Total Body Conditioning

We are proud to offer a new Hybrid Fitness Class: Total Body Conditioning with SJCC instructor Susie. This class, held on Thursday mornings at 11 am, is offered both live at the J and online. Based on your comfort level, you can enjoy this class in person at the J or at your own home!
TBC is a multi-level full-body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve overall conditioning.

Class is limited to ten (10) SJCC members in the Exercise Studio. Sorry, no visitors or guests at this time. Registration opens 23 hours prior to class and closes when full or one hour prior to starting. You must register each time. Classes are free to our members and guests (non-members) are $10 per class. See registration options below. Members must use the “RSVP” option each time you wish to participate in a class, while guests must select the “ticket” option for each class. Classes are broadcast through Zoom. You will get a link to the class in your confirmation email.
