Fitness Class: Senior Strong

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2022
Note: Class will be online only Oct. 14 – Nov. 4, and Dec. 27, 29. No Tuesday class Nov. 26 – Dec. 24.
Join us Tuesday and Thursday at 10 am for our senior-focused fitness class, Senior Strong led by SJCC instructor Karen. A balanced class for strengthening heart, lungs, bones, muscles and joints for Seniors who may chose to use a chair for options. No floor work included but each class features a focus and builds on skills of coordination and conditioning in a fun environment. Done with music.

Online classes are available to our members only. Classes are broadcast through Zoom. You will be asked to register on Zoom once per quarter for this class. You will get a registration confirmation email from Zoom after you register and a reminder email prior to each class for the remainder of the quarter. Online registration will be good for Fall 2022 (ends Dec. 31, 2022).
