Join us Monday mornings for our hybrid fitness class – Pilates with Nenna. Sculpt muscle and burn body fat with this strength training class utilizing weights all to upbeat music. Take this class Live at the J or from your own home. Enjoy this class both at the J with friends or streamed live via Zoom wherever you might be.

Online classes are available to our members only. Classes are broadcast through Zoom. You will be asked to register on Zoom once per quarter for this class. You will get a registration confirmation email from Zoom after you register and a reminder email prior to each class for the remainder of the quarter. Online registration for this class is good through Sept. 4, 2022.
