Hybrid Fitness Class: Hatha Yoga

An event every week that begins at 9:00 am on Monday, repeating until July 26, 2021
Join us Monday morning at 9 am for our hybrid fitness class Hatha Yoga with Karen Beck. Participate in this class at the J or our online right from your own home. Learn and perfect poses to build flexibility, strength, balance, awareness of breath, and focus all from the comfort of your own home. This class is 75 minutes long. Please note, there will be no class on July 12.
Enjoy this class both at the J with friends or streamed live via Zoom wherever you might be.
