Hybrid Fitness Class: Hatha Yoga

Join us Monday morning at 9 am for our Hatha Yoga with Karen Beck. Participate in this class at the J or our online right from your own home. Learn and perfect poses to build flexibility, strength, balance, awareness of breath, and focus all from the comfort of your own home. This class is 75 minutes long.

Online classes are available to our members only. Classes are broadcast through Zoom. You will be asked to register on Zoom once per quarter for this class. You will get a registration confirmation email from Zoom after you register and a reminder email prior to each class for the remainder of the month. This registration will be good for Fall 2022 (through Dec. 31, 2022).
