Build strength. Protect your bones. Fuel your health span.
Join us for the launch of our new Bone Density & Strength for Women program, beginning with an inspiring and eye-opening kickoff session led by world-renowned nutrition and strength expert Dr. Susan Kleiner.
In this introductory session, Dr. Kleiner will share how women can stay strong, independent, and vibrant at every age. You’ll learn:
- • Why progressive resistance training is the most effective way to maintain and build bone density
- • How nutrition and strength work together to support long-term vitality
- • The powerful truth that you can build new bone at any age
- • Real data from Dr. Kleiner’s own bone-building journey—gaining bone density naturally from ages 64 to 68
This session sets the foundation for women’s both health, giving you the knowledge and motivation to make the most of your workouts and your health. Start your journey toward lifelong strength—your bones (and future self!) will thank you.
After the kickoff session, stay and try out your first class free. The 4-week Bone Health & Strength for Women Program program starts in February.
